Because you are not exiting to the desktop between loads, the removed plugin is still in memory and you are able to proceed.ДЄny time you remove a plugin from your current play-through 'load order' you risk corrupting your save game files. The older save is loading plugins that the later save is expecting but are not included in the actual save game file. I suspect you changed your load order between the save game that loads and the one that hangs, removing a plugin.

To load it I need to first load one of the previous saves, which not affected by this bug, and only after that load latest one.

I tried to sort it with LOOT, but all it did is just moved one or two mods Vanilla UI Plus Vault Girl (bigCman) Patch.esp Misc Item Icons - Compatibility Edition.esp YUP RUS - NPC Fixes (Base Game + All DLC).esp I saw that other people have same issue, but what causes this? At some point my game stopped loading saves properly from main menu (after splash screen), it just loads save infinitely.
